Has there been a time where you thought things were getting done because you turned on a setting?

I just ran into this EXACT problem with a new client. They thought their new email contacts were being automagically 🧙♂️ added to their contacts but were getting frustrated when those email addresses didn’t auto-populate into the address bar.
I popped into their contacts to check on this issue, and O. M. G.!!! None of the email addresses for the past year+ had been created as a contact! EVERYTHING showed up as “Other Contacts,” and it was the biggest disaster that I have come across!
Now, I’ll be honest….I was secretly super duper excited….
This meant that I could make myself MORE VALUABLE to my new client when I went in and cleaned up their mess!!
