‘Tis The Season To Stay Well!
We are in the beautiful autumn season with winter just around the corner. Leaves are falling, bonfires are burning, and there is a delightful chill in the air. The excitement of the holidays is building! There are so many things we can be thankful for (like the fact that 2020 is almost over, am I right?). Yet we also need to be mindful that we are still in the midst of a
pandemic, and flu season is here. If you are like me, you are doing everything you can to stay healthy right now. Eating healthy, immunity-boosting foods is just one of those things I’m doing to stay well.
Minimizing my exposure to germs and viruses by avoiding the stores when I can is another way I’m staying healthy.
