Hey ,
If you check out my Instagram you might think I've got all of my *ish together. BUT
that is not how my business looked just 1 or 2 years ago! I was trying to prove that I could do everything by myself. And since I was doing 👏🏼 ALL 👏🏼 THE 👏🏼 THINGS I didn't have time to sit down and actually write out my systems.
Now, things look different. I have prioritized documenting my systems, which has allowed me
the capacity to hire support help. So, I am no longer doing all the things. Once I learned the value of writing out the way I did stuff in my business, I started to save a little time here and there.
Those bits of time here and there have added up and now I can spend more time with my family, I have shifted to a 4-day work week, and make more time
for my self-care. These little things made me realize, it’s not all about doing more in your business, it’s actually about having time to enjoy the life you are working so hard to create!
But, time always seemed to get in my way when I sat down to
document my workflows and processes. Clients had issues that needed fixing, projects needed launched, offers needed creating, I could go on and on about why I didn’t have time to write things out.

I’m sure you could give me a bucket list why YOU haven’t documented your processes and workflows yet. When you stop to think about it, the time you would spend writing out your procedures will be given back to you 10-fold because you can now delegate that task to a team member. But I get it, it’s still setting aside the time to actually write the things.
That’s why I created my SOP Shoppe! It’s your one-stop-shop for all the Standard Operating Procedures templates and workflows that you need for your business!
What I’ve discovered is that:
👉🏼 Successful coaches and consultants have documented systems
👉🏼 Coaches and consultants save a ton of time using SOP templates
👉🏼 Coaches and consultants don't feel frustrated because they have a system in place
I have
to ask you, , are you going to allow yourself to be successful? Or do you want to stay in the same patterns and ruts that are holding you back (even if they are comfortable)?
